Let's face it. The holidays have become commercialized excuses to buy things and celebrate STUFF. This year, why not benefit the economy by shopping local and giving back to organizations who are making a difference? That's why this year, we've organized Benefit Baltimore Market on Giving Tuesday to showcase local makers and support Baltimore City non-profits.

It gets better.

Do you like beer? Do you like food? Of course you do. Benefit Baltimore is being hosted by Peabody Heights Brewery. Grab a pint and munch on amazing treats from local food trucks while you shop.

We've got Baltimore's best makers setting up shop to provide the best holiday gifts. Each of them will be donating 20% of their sales to the non-profit of their choice. Here's a sneak peek of some of the makers participating this year!

TWIGS & WOOL - Handcrafted Knitwear - Benefitting Charm City Animal Rescue

RSLV JEWELRY - Items are made of sterling silver, brass, bronze and precious stones by hand in Baltimore - Benefiting The Book Thing

TINY DOG PRESS & AUSTIN WAYNE DESIGNS - Baltimore themed Letterpress stationery, posters & calendar & reversible aprons- Benefiting the Baltimore Child Abuse Center
